Competition Terms and Conditions
|
1. To enter a competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Technik Technology, Syspal Ltd or any subsidiary of Syspal Ltd.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Multiple entries per Veterinary Practice are accepted, but only one entry per person.
5. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
6. "Doug's Dilemma" competition closes on 30/09/2010. Entries after this date will not be included in the draw. The winner will be chosen at random week commencing 04/10/2010. In the event of no correct entry the winner will be selected at random from the nearest entries.
7. The closing date is as specified, and Technik Technology reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail. Management decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Technik Technology, Cockshutt Lane, Broseley, Telford TF12 5JA after the closing date.
10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Technik Technology may require.
11. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
12. Prize selected at random. Prize value £10 up to a maximum of £50.
13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize
14. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
15. This competition is being run by Technik Technology of Cockshutt Lane, Broseley, Telford TF12 5JA.
16. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
17. Technik Technology reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
18. Technik Technology will endeavour to send prizes within one month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
